Tagboard or comment system or BOTH?

Guess what..
My cousin went to ask "demerit uncle" whether are those name considered late and he freaking hell said yes!!
And so that means to people who think there will be no demerit points/detention if you're late...

one random thought.. i was wondering should i remove my tagboard and allow post comments instead...
Because i only want tagboard to be placed as other messages.. and comments thats related to post to be commented on the post itself..

But i realise most of my tagboard is filled with comments about my post..
